Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or services.

1. Company Overview

DeliverInstall Logistics provides transportation, logistics support, final-mile delivery, dedicated route services, commercial freight transportation, white-glove delivery, installation support, assembly support, haul-away services, and related business logistics solutions.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website to learn about our services, request a quote, contact our team, and submit information related to potential transportation or logistics needs.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to interfere with website functionality, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, forms, systems, or related technology.

3. Quotes and Service Requests

Any quote request submitted through this website is for informational and review purposes only. Submitting a request does not guarantee service availability, final pricing, scheduling, or acceptance of a job.

Quotes may depend on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Pickup and delivery locations
  • Distance and route requirements
  • Shipment size, weight, and item type
  • Labor, installation, assembly, or haul-away needs
  • Equipment requirements
  • Access conditions
  • Scheduling urgency
  • Weather, traffic, ferry, toll, parking, or site restrictions
  • Insurance, permitting, or special handling requirements

A quote is not final until confirmed by DeliverInstall Logistics in writing.

4. Service Availability

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to accept, decline, reschedule, or modify service requests based on operational capacity, safety concerns, equipment availability, route limitations, weather conditions, legal requirements, or other business considerations.

We may decline service for items, locations, or conditions that we determine to be unsafe, unlawful, improperly packaged, misrepresented, inaccessible, or outside the scope of our services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting or scheduling service. This may include addresses, contact information, item descriptions, dimensions, weight, access instructions, delivery windows, site restrictions, photos, special handling requirements, and any known risks or limitations.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that pickup and delivery locations are accessible, safe, and ready for service at the scheduled time.

This may include:

  • Securing building access
  • Reserving loading zones or elevators
  • Clearing pathways
  • Disclosing stairs, tight turns, gravel roads, ferry access, parking limits, or restricted areas
  • Ensuring someone authorized is available when required
  • Preparing items for transport, installation, assembly, or removal

Additional fees may apply if information is inaccurate, access is restricted, the job requires additional labor or equipment, or the service cannot be completed as originally described.

6. Pickup, Delivery, and Scheduling

DeliverInstall Logistics makes reasonable efforts to meet scheduled pickup, delivery, and service windows. However, transportation and logistics services may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, mechanical issues, customer delays, port or warehouse delays, loading delays, site access issues, ferry schedules, safety concerns, or events outside our control.

Delivery times and service windows are estimates unless specifically agreed to in writing. DeliverInstall Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Freight, Delivery, and Item Handling

We take reasonable care when transporting, handling, delivering, installing, assembling, or removing items. Customers are responsible for accurately identifying fragile, high-value, oversized, hazardous, regulated, temperature-sensitive, or specially handled items before service begins.

Items must be properly packaged, secured, and prepared for transportation unless packaging or preparation services have been specifically agreed upon.

DeliverInstall Logistics may refuse to transport or handle items that are unsafe, unlawful, improperly packaged, misrepresented, contaminated, leaking, excessively heavy, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested service.

8. Installation, Assembly, and Setup Services

When installation, assembly, placement, or setup services are requested, the customer is responsible for ensuring the site is ready and suitable for the work.

DeliverInstall Logistics does not guarantee that every item, fixture, appliance, device, product, or structure can be installed, assembled, mounted, connected, or placed in every location. Additional limitations may apply depending on product specifications, building conditions, electrical, plumbing, structural, code, manufacturer, or safety requirements.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, DeliverInstall Logistics does not perform licensed electrical, plumbing, structural, gas, HVAC, or other regulated trade work.

9. Haul-Away and Removal Services

Haul-away and removal services may be available for packaging, replaced items, old products, debris, or unwanted materials related to a delivery, installation, or logistics service.

Customers are responsible for disclosing the type, size, condition, and quantity of materials to be removed. We may decline haul-away of hazardous materials, regulated waste, biohazards, chemicals, fuel, paint, asbestos, medical waste, oversized debris, or any material we are not legally or safely able to remove.

Additional disposal, labor, dump, recycling, environmental, or handling fees may apply.

10. Restricted and Prohibited Items

DeliverInstall Logistics may refuse to transport, store, handle, install, or remove certain items, including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Illegal goods
  • Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
  • Controlled substances
  • Biohazardous materials
  • Live animals
  • Human remains
  • Cash, securities, or negotiable instruments
  • Items requiring special permits or regulated handling
  • Items that are leaking, contaminated, unsafe, or improperly packaged

Additional restrictions may apply based on law, insurance, safety standards, or company policy.

11. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Customer Delays

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the service type, route commitment, labor requirements, equipment reservation, and timing of the request.

Additional fees may apply for late cancellations, missed appointments, failed pickup or delivery attempts, customer delays, inaccurate information, inaccessible locations, or changes made after scheduling.

If a service cannot be completed because of customer-provided misinformation, unsafe conditions, lack of access, unavailable contacts, or site issues, the customer may still be responsible for charges related to time, labor, mileage, fuel, or reserved capacity.

12. Pricing and Payment

Pricing may be based on mileage, time, labor, item type, shipment size, route, equipment, handling requirements, urgency, access conditions, installation needs, haul-away requirements, disposal fees, tolls, ferry costs, parking, permits, fuel, or other operational factors.

Payment terms will be provided at the time of quote, booking, invoice, or written agreement. DeliverInstall Logistics may require deposits, prepayment, payment upon delivery, or approved account terms depending on the customer and service type.

Late payments may result in additional fees, suspension of service, collection activity, or refusal of future service.

13. Loss, Damage, and Claims

DeliverInstall Logistics aims to provide careful, professional service. However, transportation and handling involve inherent risks.

Customers must inspect items and property at pickup, delivery, installation, or completion whenever possible. Any claim for loss, visible damage, missing items, or property damage must be reported promptly and supported with photos, documentation, receipts, proof of value, and relevant details.

DeliverInstall Logistics is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed damage, manufacturer defects, improper packaging, inaccurate item information, unsafe site conditions, customer-directed handling, fragile items not disclosed in advance, or damage caused by circumstances outside our control.

Any liability, if applicable, may be limited by written agreement, applicable law, insurance terms, declared value, service type, or other governing standards.
